This facility is currently undergoing a large-scale redevelopment, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking healthcare environment. We’re offering contract roles across multiple units with potential for extension or permanent hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Medication Administration - Dispensing medications and injections as prescribed
• Patient Monitoring : Regularly checking and recording vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temp) and observing for any health changes
• Wound Care : Performing dressing changes and providing wound care.
• Documentation : Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting care provided.
• Basic Care & Comfort : Assisting residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
