About the RoleThe Technical Director plays a critical role in bridging the gap between client needs, platform capabilities, and delivery execution. By deeply understanding customer challenges, business objectives, and technical landscapes, this role ensures that platform solutions are strategic, scalable, and effectively integrated into client ecosystems.Acting as a trusted advisor, the Technical Director collaborates closely with clients to define and refine solution requirements, ensuring that platform adoption aligns with their long-term business goals.
