This opportunity is with our Good Shepherd - Corporate Services - Administration
How You Will Make an Impact
- Perform daily ticket checks utilizing the provided ticket system; updating ticket information as required and following up with the end user for each ticket that is submitted.
- Answer all user phone requests in a courteous and respectful manner
- Maintain the helpdesk queue as primary support for all end users
- Provide end-user support for various software applications (e.g. user account management, training, support / troubleshooting)
- Provide support for data analysis (data quality auditing, report generation)
- Manage all Good Shepherd cell phones utilizing provided MDM solution
- Set up new Active Directory accounts via Manage Engine
- License user accounts using Office 365 Admin panel
- Setup and distribution of fobs for security access based on user roles / locations
- Deploy hardware and software as required
- Be available for on-call emergencies
- Must have a valid driver's license travel to sites to provide in-person support as needed
- Observe all Good Shepherd health and safety rules and work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and its regulations to minimize risk to clients, staff and others as well as to the property of the Good Shepherd;
