A typical day :
- Undertake minor maintenance & repairs
- Monitor cleaning of common areas & public spaces
- Handles both minor and urgent complaints
- Carry out suite inspections
- Coordinates outside contract workers
- Monthly / quarterly / annual reports
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly and annual duties
- Maintain maintenance logs, files, renovation projects and database
