L’équipe d’Intelligence d’Affaires publicitaires de Unity est au cœur de la prise de décision pilotée par les données, de l’identification de nouvelles opportunités de croissance commerciale et du développement d’outils d’analyse performants. Ce que vous allez faire / What you'll be doing

• Analyser des ensembles de données complexes à l’aide de statistiques de reporting et prédictives afin d’extraire des informations pertinentes qui orientent la prise de décision des cadres supérieurs.

Analyze complex datasets using reporting and predictive statistics to extract meaningful insights guiding senior level decision making across the ads product portfolio.

Define a scalable foundation and own the implementation of frameworks and standards for analytics focused on network health and marketplace analytics.

Contribute to the team's strategic vision by helping to prioritize BI roadmaps tied to wider Unity Ads objectives.

Partner with BI leadership across functional areas – Ads Machine Learning, Advertiser and Publisher Experience, and Unity LevelPlay Mediation – to connect the dots between network performance and product changes across areas.

Ce que nous recherchons / What we're looking for

A track record defining and realising BI strategies focused to deliver business outcomes through analytics.

Strong skills at engaging and influencing stakeholders and building buy‑in across functions and levels.

Strong bias for action. Curiosity, proactiveness, and ability to decompose ambiguous problems into analytical ones.

Expertise in statistical analysis, including experimentation and hypothesis testing using statistical software packages in Python, R or equivalent.

Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau or Periscope and proficiency with SQL on large datasets in cloud environments such as BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake.
