Salary : $70,000 (Based on experience)

Main Requirements :

At least 2 years in a billing or accounting role
Fluently bilingual for correspondence outside of Quebec
Strong communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel

Main Responsibilities :

Correspond with clients via email, mail, or E-billing platforms for all billing and project purposes

Respond promptly to internal and client requests regarding billing and project status

Review and maintain budgets in Excel, ensuring adherence and communicating budget updates to Partners as needed

Conduct monthly review of Accounts Receivable, discussing required actions internally and ensuring follow-up
