Role Purpose: The purpose of this role is to assist with the planning and tracking of exams capacity requirements against demand to handover to Test Say Staff for delivery. The role will assist with the deployment of the right mix and profile of Examiners and Venue Staff for Test Day delivery using BOSS and other relevant systems as well as support recruitment and management of Examiners and Venue Staff.
Main Accountabilities (but not limited to the following):
-Plans Venue staff (VS) and Examiners schedules across all products, on a daily basis, using appropriate corporate systems.
- Confirms work schedule, event and travel details to VS and Examiners.
- Reports and communicates to operations counterparts in Cluster and countries on VS and Examiners utilisation (pre-test and post-test).
- Maintains up to date VS and Examiners databases in relevant systems (contact details, training, performance).
- Acts as point of contact for all VS and Examiners, both through Venue Staff and Examiner Portals and off-line.
- Arranges transport for Test Day Staff outside their city of residence (if required).
- Supports VS and Examiners work reconciliation and payments process through BOSS and other relevant systems.
- Supports collection of venue staff personal, fiscal and payment details according to legal requirements and QCA standards.
- Assists in organising and conducting VS performance management activities (spot checks, follow-ups.)
- Assists in management of Examiners quality and compliance framework, including Professional Support Network (PSN).
- Ensures that all venue staff management activities are consistent with key equal opportunities and diversity principles.
- Where appropriate this role will be part of a team carrying out Duty Officer duties on a rotational basis supporting test day delivery. The test day roster will include some early morning and weekend cover.
Requirements:
Essential: English language skills to the CEF B2 level; Hungarian language skills to the CEF B2 level; Ability to understand compliance regulated procedures; Working in a challenging environment against tight deadlines; Working in a team.
Desirable: Being effective in a geographically dispersed team.
Additional Requirements: The successful candidate must have a pre-existing right to live and work in Hungary.
