We are seeking Sales Representatives (Mobilists) to work inside Real Atlantic Superstore where you will guide customers towards their optimal phone and rate plan options that align with their unique lifestyles.

Mission : Be part of a team that helps customers choose wireless solutions from leading brands and carrier offerings, while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage Loblaw shoppers to understand their mobile, home, and business needs and offer solutions across brands such as Bell, Virgin Plus, Rogers, Fido, and more.
• Demonstrate knowledge of carrier offerings, promotions, and pricing to communicate benefits to customers.
• Achieve sales targets and earn commissions by tailoring mobile solutions to individual customers.
• Leverage PC Optimum loyalty program to help customers earn and redeem points on purchases.
