Our client is looking for Intermediate Network Specialist to oversee the network services
6 month contract, Potential for extension, On Site at Calgary Airport
Must Have :
- Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices, including firewalls, IDS / IPS, and VPNs.
- A minimum of CCNP certification is required; advanced certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, or their equivalents are highly valued
- Experience with Cisco SD-Access and VXLAN technologies for advanced network segmentation and virtualization.
Nice-to-Have
- Ability to communicate directly with customers using appropriate business and technical language to achieve a desired outcome
- Experience with Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM, CUC, CER, CUBE, SIP) would be an asset
- Knowledge of Python or Ansible for network automation and scripting is an asset.
