KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement the strategic marketing plan to drive revenue, including digital and traditional campaignsDevelop and oversee the annual marketing budget, ensuring financial goals are on targetIdentify new opportunities for growth within the company’s existing customer base by conducting surveys, focus groups, and market analysis to research potential buyers’ needs and buying habitsMaintain an analytics dashboard to present to the leadership team, reflecting KPI progressWork closely with Product Development department to understand product offerings and customer benefitsAnalyze potential new marketing products / tools to enhance marketing operations within the companyManage the product portfolio by developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches and market penetrationOversee the marketing team to ensure both long- and short-term company goals are met by setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback, and monitoring progressCreate and monitor annual KPIs and projects for each contributor, communicating their progress on an ongoing basisHire, train, and evaluate the performance of the marketing teamProvide feedback and guidance to the marketing team on their projects and tasksEnsure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels, maintaining the integrity of the brand umbrella across all divisionsSupport team in the development and execution of campaign materials, including graphics, videos, photos, and animationsQUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 10+ years of marketing experience working in a B2B environmentMinimum 5+ years of management experienceA degree or diploma with a focus in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or similarExperience in sales or a sales-based roleProven success designing and executing marketing and communications strategies and campaignsHighly accountable for personal and team results, takes initiative and demonstrates resilienceExcellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlinesMust be able to think analytically and strategicallySuperior written and verbal communications skillsASSET :
