Role : Business System Analyst

Location : Greater Toronto (Hybrid)

Job Description :

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital media, SaaS, or tech-driven environment

Hands-on experience working on security, authentication, or identity management projects (e.g., SSO, MFA, OAuth, user provisioning)

Strong understanding of security and privacy frameworks is a plus

Excellent documentation, process modeling, and requirements gathering skills

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
