As the Team Lead, Product Management you will play a pivotal role in defining product requirements, go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and tirelessly championing the needs of our users.

Your role is to collaborate with other teams and take a role in leading and mentoring other product managers. You’ll also act as a bridge between different stakeholders, such as executives, customers, and internal teams.

Gather feedback, address concerns, and effectively communicate the product vision and roadmap to gain buy-in and support.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Developing a deep understanding of Content Creators their needs, challenges, and objectives
  • Lead and coach Product Managers
  • Be the subject matter expert for the creator platform. See it through the eyes of creators so you can advocate for better solutions on their behalf
  • Advancing product strategy vision and roadmaps, and creating short, medium and long-term features to achieve the vision
  • Continuously optimizing to achieve a worldclass user experience
  • Collaborate with design team to create intuitive, modern user interfaces across multiple platforms
  • Maintain open communication with our Creator Support teams to be able to quickly address new issues and suggestions as they are reported
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver product to market on time and on budget
  • Collaborating on marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness
  • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
  • Actively managing content strategy

What you’ll need to be successful :

Must haves :

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, design, engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working cross functionally (design, engineering, usability, content development)
  • Past experience working in a B2B environment and managing client relationships
  • Analytical and quantitative skills; experience using hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
  • Experience coordinating complex product development cycles and software development schedules

Nice to haves :

  • Passion for creating innovative solutions for users
  • Experience delivering consumer products and services in a high growth environment
  • High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • In depth knowledge of Google Analytics (or similar)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
