Position Overview

We are developing a scalable Affiliates Service Platform designed to handle third‑party partnerships, referral tracking, and commission structures. The stack is based on Ruby on Rails (backend) and AngularJS (frontend). You will collaborate as part of a team with a business team based in Toronto and a Korean‑based development team handling core services via remote communication in English.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Ruby on Rails
• Build and optimize frontend applications using AngularJS
• Implement reliable redirect flows, tracking logic, and data pipelines
• Work with the Ontario business team to align on requirements
• Communicate daily with the Korean development team for integration and delivery
• Ensure code quality through automated testing and peer reviews
