What you"ll be doing :

  • Financial Analysis & Reporting
  • Provide insights into financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability.

  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare financial reports tailored for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Work with business units to develop budgets and forecasts.

  • Ensure alignment with company strategy and financial goals.
  • Monitor budget vs. actuals and recommend corrective actions.
  • Strategic Decision Support
  • Partner with operations, sales, and other teams to analyze business cases, investments, and cost-saving initiatives.

  • Support pricing, contract negotiations, and financial modeling.
  • Performance Management
  • Set key financial and operational performance metrics.

  • Help teams understand how their actions impact financial outcomes.
  • Business Partnering & Communication
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

  • Foster collaboration between finance and other departments.
  • Educate non-finance teams on financial best practices.
  • Process Improvement & Risk Management
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive cost-saving initiatives.

  • Ensure financial controls and compliance with regulations.
  • Who we are looking for :

  • Education & Experience : CFA, CPA, or a background in public practice accounting is highly preferred.
  • Financial Expertise : Solid analytical skills with experience in FP&A, budgeting, and financial modeling.
  • Business Acumen : Strong understanding of how financial decisions impact overall business performance.
  • Strategic Mindset : Ability to assess financial and operational metrics through a commercial lens.
  • Analytical Proficiency : Strong data analysis capabilities without requiring deep technical analytics expertise.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to set up financial frameworks that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
