Duties & Responsibilities :
Customer Service :
Engage positively with all customers and provide excellent service.Keep the checkout area neat and organized.Greet customers warmly.Scan or manually enter product data accurately.Manage cash, coupons, lottery, and PC Optimum transactions accurately.Request PC Optimum Card from customers during each transaction.Merchandising :
Complete proper documentation for receipts and returns.Maintain designated merchandising areas (facing, signing, labeling, etc.).Loss Prevention :
Follow loss prevention standards.Control cash, lottery, and stamp inventory.General :
Present a professional image according to Uniform Policy and Dress Code Guidelines.Follow all health and safety regulations.Adhere to store policies and procedures.Maintain cleanliness and store image standards.Perform other duties as required.Qualifications :
Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.Ability to balance teamwork and efficiency.Organized and neat.Efficient in processing customer orders.Experience :
