Golf Food & Beverage (Spring / Summer 2026)

We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our Golf Food & Beverage Team.

Clubhouse Server
Oncourse Server

Note - preference will be given to those available for the full season (April 15 - October 15th).

Starting Rate

$16.89 per hour. Hourly rates increase after six months and at three years the pay rate would be $17.89.

What You Will Be Doing

Daily opening and closing duties of the snack bar and beverage carts.

Meal periods are Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Function help – occasionally assisting other departments in F&B.

Group meals up to 150 people.

Table and buffet set‑ups – arranging equipment.

Attending the beverage cart stations on course.

Full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.

Loading and unloading of product to / from storage rooms.

Maintain accurate billing, cash handling and float procedures.

Driving the beverage cart on course – serving golfers.

Basic maintenance of a wood‑burning fireplace (starting fire, stocking wood logs, etc).

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must have Pro‑Serve Certification.

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a server in a high‑volume and fast‑paced environment.

Good knowledge of golf course operations.

Previous point‑of‑sale system experience.

Extensive wine, beer and cocktail knowledge.

Must be able to carry and serve 3 plates at one time.

Schedule flexibility, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 40+ lbs and be on feet for 8+ hours.

Valid driver’s licence.
