Notre client, situé à Sorel-Tracy, spécialisé dans l'usinage de précision de pièces de grands diamètres, recherche actuellement des soudeurs pour joindre leur équipe.

Tâches principales :

Lire et interpréter les plans, les gammes et autres instructions;
Préparer, nettoyer et meuler les joints soudés et surfaces attenantes (projections) avec ciseau pneumatique, brosse, balai et meules;
Utiliser les matériaux d'apport prescrits par les gammes et autres documents;
Souder les pièces les unes aux autres en obtenant la profondeur spécifiée de fusion;
Utiliser la machine à gouger (arc air);
Meulage de soudure sur les aubes et les pales lors du remplissage des trous de manutention avant assemblage;
Meulage des rayons de soudure et réparation de rayon;
Procédé de soudage utilisés : FCAW E410 NiMo T1-4 diamètre 1,6 mm soudé en toute position, soudure à pleine pénétration avec gougeage Arc Air et soudage GTAW à l’occasion;
50% du travail consiste à meuler les soudures afin de respecter l’ondulation et le fini de surface requis;
La qualification et l’exécution du soudage se fait selon ASME. Qualification à obtenir dans l’atelier.

Exigences :

Diplôme d’études professionnelles en soudage/montage;
Expérience de 5 à 10 ans;
Vous devez être en mesure de travailler dans un environnement avec une accessibilité limitée aux zones de soudage et dans un espace à haute température (Préchauffage à 100°C);
Posséder une forte capacité à travailler en équipe, être polyvalent et avoir le sens de l’initiative;
Compétence linguistique : français parlé et écrit courant.

Conditions de travail :

Postes permanents, 40 heures/semaine;
Salaire : débutant à 32,90$ et pouvant aller jusqu’à 36,43$/h selon les requis de la convention collective;
Être disponible pour travailler en rotation : de jour, de soir, de nuit ou les fins de semaine et au besoin du temps supplémentaire;
Prime de soir et de nuit.
