Document Handler

Looking for a fresh start as we head into 2026?

We are looking for a Document Handler to join a well established company in the heart of Downtown Toronto to support their operations for a 6 month contract.

Position Starts : Jan 5th 2026

Positions Available : 2

Monday - Friday 1am - 6am (30min unpaid lunch)

Pay : $20-22 / hr

Responsibilities

Closing of Mail bags

Scanning of Mail bags

Bag in process to replace the dispatched mail bags

Sorting of documents and daily reports. At the same time using the tracking sheet for some of the reports that needs tracking.

Filing of reports of reports and dispatching them.

Accuracy and attention details would be a plus.

Qualifications

Highschool Diploma or grater

Must be able to pass Credit check and Background check.
