Responsibilities

  • Provides collaborative management to the Residency Training Program to ensure continued program accreditation.
  • Organizes and manages daily program operations to meet standards set by the ACGME, Medical Boards, Dignity Health, and other accrediting agencies.
  • Actively participates in fulfilling the Mission of the Organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in program management or a related business field.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; accreditation experience and familiarity with regulatory agencies are a plus.

  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, tact, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to operate independently and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
