Job description

Job Title : Accounts Payable Clerk

Field : Property Management

Competitive Salary : $48,000 to $51,000

Location : Montreal

Schedule : 40 hours per week, on-site

Join a well-established property management company renowned for its collaborative and stable work environment. We are looking for an autonomous, organized, and motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to play a key role in supporting financial operations.

Responsibilities

Validate and process invoices

Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery slips

Input, code, and file invoices

Prepare cheque payments

Verify account statements and ensure tax compliance (GST / QST)

Provide reception coverage as needed

Assist with month-end tasks

Perform other related duties

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

Experience in a property management company (an asset)

Strong computer and accounting software skills

Bilingualism (French and English) with strong oral and basic written skills

Excellent organizational skills and initiative
