Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals, and create comprehensive project plans
  • Lead agile project teams and vendor partners through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Monitor progress, manage project budgets and schedules, and identify and mitigate risks throughout the lifecycle
  • Facilitate collaboration across stakeholders, ensuring effective communication with executive leadership, technical teams, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards, and maintain thorough project documentation
  • Support business readiness activities, quality assurance, and continuous improvement efforts across multiple initiatives

Qualifications

  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field, along with formal project management training
  • Must have valid PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
  • At least 5 years of recent experience leading complex IT projects in an agile environment
  • Strong background in IT Asset Management or Device Management, including knowledge of ITAM frameworks and Zero Trust best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Pay Rate : $100-110 / hour
