Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head / Director of Sales and Merchandising to drive the planning and execution of our daily sales events and ensure we meet or exceed our sales forecasts. This leadership role involves strategic collaboration with multiple teams to optimize inventory, pricing, marketing, and app content, ensuring our sales-generating events have maximum impact. The role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) while working alongside management in Marketing, Partnerships, and Growth departments.
