Our client is looking for a Junior Finance Associate who is a go-getter and goes above and beyond to join their team! They are a fast growing and expanding company in Cambridge. This position will report directly to the Assistant controller, focusing on payroll and full-cycle accounts payable. If you are a fresh grad with an accounting degree and looking for industry experience in accounting, this role could be the right fit for you. This position offers a 100% remote work option.

Responsibilities :

  • Invoice internal expenses
  • Payroll data entry
  • Preparing ROEs
  • Monitor expenses
  • Reconciliations
  • On-board new employees

    • Requirements :

  • University or college degree or diploma in accounting is required.
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong organization skills
  • Able to move from task to task swiftly
  • Proficient in Excel
