What is the Opportunity

Aecon Technical Solutions Inc. employs highly-trained technicians to perform telecommunications infrastructure installations. Whether at residential retail commercial institutional or hospitality environments ATSI is well-suited to assist clients with their telecom installation needs.
Reporting to the Control Centre Team Lead the Resource Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks for workforce planning. This position involves working independently and as part of a team exercising judgment initiative and multi-tasking skills.
What Youll Do Here:
- Coordinate update and maintain technician schedules.
- Assist with technician onboarding procedures.
- Provide administrative and clerical support with speed and accuracy.
- Learns interprets and applies organizational policies rules and regulations.
- Maintain and organize document files.
- Assists other staff in office duties as required.
- Performs such other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written).
- Excellent computer skills experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to problem solve and work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal customer service.
- Experience in an administrative/dispatch capacity considered an asset.
- Strong telephone etiquette and dispatching experience is an asset.
