The mission of the People Practices & Compliance Department is to identify, consult, and mitigate people risks in the business through creative problem-solving, and development of proactive employment practices.

As the Director of Compliance, you will support the team responsible for influencing the development and ensure ongoing validation and governance of people compliance activities. The typical hiring range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.]
