As the Senior Program Delivery Specialist , you will be responsible for leading the delivery and continuous improvement of APS-wide programs that build organizational capability to deliver on government priorities.

You’ll be a driving force behind L&E initiatives across the APS : ensuring programs are implemented effectively, consistently, and strategically across the APS.

What You Will Do :

• Lead training and recognition program delivery : Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of large-scale programs with APS-wide reach, ensuring outcomes are achieved within scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Navigate complex approvals : Craft clear, compelling briefing materials that enable timely decisions and instill confidence among senior leaders.
• Apply systems thinking : Understand the bigger picture and anticipate organizational impacts, manage interdependencies, and identify opportunities for integration across programs.
• Engage stakeholders : Build strong relationships across ministries to align expectations, secure buy-in, and resolve cross-program or cross-ministry delivery challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement : Use data and feedback to evaluate initiatives, uncover systemic challenges, and recommend enhancements for long-term impact.
