Job descriptionPost secondary education in supply chain or related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills proficiency in Word and Excel Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills Must CLEAR a criminal background check
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and effectively respond to customer inquiries
- Process orders, handle with dispatching shipments
- Track & trace shipments
- Data entry accurately in the ERP systems
- Perform other logistics related duties as required
