THE POSITION

Optel is on the lookout for a Developer with a passion for C# and / or Python to join its Track and Trace On-premise plant management software team.

You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge solutions that transform production lines into automated, secure environments compliant with legal requirements while optimizing site productivity.

Responsibilities :

• Actively participate in the design, development, and optimization of features in an agile environment where innovation is at the heart of development;
• Ensure the maintenance and support of our products, guaranteeing their performance and reliability in the long term;
• Contribute to the team's continuous improvement culture by sharing your ideas and knowledge to advance development practices.

Skills :

• Degree in software development (Bachelor's or equivalent), with a solid 8 years of experience in the field;
• Proficiency in C# or Python, or any other object-oriented programming language;
• Expertise in database management and optimization;
• Commitment to a holistic approach to software development, covering architecture, automation of testing, deployment, and security;
• Strong team-working skills, with a mind open to constructive exchanges and collective innovation.
