SAP Support Analyst

Review processes and practices executes in the existing SAP ECC system

Gather requirements for existing ECC functions to keep in S4 improvements to implement in S4 in follow-up incremental releases

Prepare or review fit / gap documents, process diagrams and informal design documents

Complete business process documentation, data cleaning, testing, end-user training as well as change management activities as needed

Execute or assist users to execute integration testing cycle / ITC test scripts for various S / 4 HANA modules, including;

FICO, MM, SD, PS, Funds Management, Grants Management

Triage ITC test script defects by logging defects, re-test and close defects

Help developer user training documentation for the Fiora apps (ort-codes)

Manage SAP authorizations in ECC and / or S4

Report on SAP features, functions and system improvements

Review and configuration design documents, functional and tech specifications

Document solutions to use in SaP ECC and / or S4

What you must have :

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline

5+ years professional experience in blueprinting, configuring, or supporting at least one of the following SAP products : SAP S / 4HANA Finance modules, SAP Public Sector Management (PSM), or SAP Analytics Cloud (AC)

SAP, SAP certified App Specialist preferred

Application Professional in SAP S / 4HANA, SAP ERP 6.0 EhP7, or SAP BPC o Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) preferred

Must have knowledge of the following SAP S / 4 HANA Finance modules and features : FI, FI-GL, AP, AR, CO, CO-OM-CCA, CO-OM-OPA, PS

Capital projects with WBS elements used as investment measures

Capital projects with WBS elements used as Investment Measures

Cost Planning and Budgeting on WBS elements

End-user level knowledge of processes and functions in Materials Management

MM and SD modules

End-user level knowledge of PSM-FM (funds management)

Nice to have :

SAP S / 4 HANA Funds Management (PSM-FM) knowledge with focus on budgeting processed and integration with upstream applications such as MM, FI, CO, and PS (derivations)

Budget Control System (BCS)

Grants Management (PSM-GM)

Investment Management (IM) with focus on Orders and Projects used as investment measures

Financial Planning in SAP Analytics Cloud

Use datasets and models for cost center planning, project planning, and internal order planning

Work with Data Analyzer

Integrate SAP Analytics Cloud with Microsoft Office

Prior use of SAP Enable Now platform for creating workplace training or similar products such has Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or others.
