People Store Staffing Solutions is excited to be hiring an electrician for one of our clients in the automotive manufacturing company located in South London!
We are looking for someone with controls experience, particularly Siemens.
This is a temporary assignment for 6 months.
Shift :
Days shift : 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities :
- Troubleshooting and repair of production equipment
- Maintain, repair, upgrade, install and test electrical controls and equipment
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications
- Respond to breakdowns in a timely manner and maintain a close link with production operations to ensure maximum production time.
Qualifications :
- Valid Electrician certification (or at least third year apprentice)
- Controls experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working in an industrial environment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Pay rate : $35.00 / hr
