Will demonstrate skills in the safe operation of hand and power tools, to include (but not limited to) temporary generators, ladders, table saws, routers and sanding equipment.Erecting and disassembly of scaffoldingAssists with demolition and debris disposalExperienced in preparing material take-offs and reading blueprintsSet up and take down of poly containment and drop sheets to accommodate workKnowledgeable in building code and construction mathExperienced in preparing material take-offs and reading blueprintsIntermediate to advanced experience in installation of insulation and vapor barrierIntermediate to advanced experience in wood and steel stud framing applicationIntermediate to advanced experience in finish carpentry skills including cutting and installing wood framing, trim, baseboard, casing, window / doors, frames, drywall / mud / tape / finish coat, painting and sheathingSecure exterior building materials (roofing and siding) when requiredConstruct and secure temporary and permanent partitionsWork under time constraints to meet specific timelinesRequired Qualifications :
