Dental Treatment Coordinator

We are searching for a dedicated Dental Treatment Coordinator as a new team member for our friendly, family dental office. The ideal candidate must be available some evenings till 8 : 00 pm and some Saturdays. Must have at least 1 year of dental experience.

Responsibilities include :

• Meeting with patients to discuss their treatment plans.
• Sending predeterminations.
• Answering the phone and email inquiries.
• Booking patients.
• Going over insurance coverage.
• Filling the doctors’ schedule, and other general admin duties.

The successful candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, is a team player, dedicated and responsible.

Wages Negotiable and will be discussed.
