Project Scheduler

Our client is looking to add a skilled Project Scheduler to their Estimating and Operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who understands how schedules drive both winning bids and executing work in the field. You’ll be the connective link between estimating, project management, and project controls, ensuring that plans are accurate, aligned, and built for execution.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Develop and manage schedules across the full project lifecycle : pursuit, preconstruction, and execution. This includes creating bid schedules that support winning strategies, maintaining project schedules, validating field progress, forecasting, reporting, and identifying risks before they become issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

PRE-CONSTRUCTION & ESTIMATING

• Build preliminary and detailed bid schedules that reflect accurate sequencing, means and methods, and durations aligned to estimating assumptions.
• Validate logic and productivity assumptions with estimators and SMEs to ensure bid schedules are defensible and execution driven.
• Identify schedule risks and opportunities early; support contingency planning, tender submissions, phasing plans, and schedule narratives.
• Provide schedule input during bid reviews, ensuring timelines are competitive, achievable, and aligned with proposed execution strategies.
