Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION : (not in order of priorities)

  • Research tender websites for bid opportunities
  • Coordinate all tender costing with the respective departments.
  • Prepare tender submissions within the required deadlines
  • Follow-up on tender awards
  • Maintain and develop all tender / contract activities within the companies.
  • Provide pricing information and terms & conditions of awarded contracts to Customer Care, Sales & Marketing.
  • Process and submit monthly / quarterly / annual sales reports for tender commissions.
  • Maintain and implement all process and procedures (including forms and work instructions) related to the Contract / Tender Department. HIRING REQUIREMENTS :
  • Fluently Bilingual, French / English
  • Comprehensive understanding of terms and conditions.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft based software programs
  • Experience within tender processing is highly recommended
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Work well under pressure & Deadlines
  • Communicates professionally and efficiently written and verbally
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Canadian Healthcare System is an asset
