JOB DESCRIPTION : (not in order of priorities)
- Research tender websites for bid opportunities
- Coordinate all tender costing with the respective departments.
- Prepare tender submissions within the required deadlines
- Follow-up on tender awards
- Maintain and develop all tender / contract activities within the companies.
- Provide pricing information and terms & conditions of awarded contracts to Customer Care, Sales & Marketing.
- Process and submit monthly / quarterly / annual sales reports for tender commissions.
- Maintain and implement all process and procedures (including forms and work instructions) related to the Contract / Tender Department. HIRING REQUIREMENTS :
- Fluently Bilingual, French / English
- Comprehensive understanding of terms and conditions.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft based software programs
- Experience within tender processing is highly recommended
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills
- Work well under pressure & Deadlines
- Communicates professionally and efficiently written and verbally
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Canadian Healthcare System is an asset
