Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Superintendent, the Onsite Project Coordinator helps maintain organization, compliance, and efficiency across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support

• Assist the Project Manager and Site Superintendent in executing project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Maintain organized project records including drawings, specifications, permits, and change orders.
• Track and distribute RFIs, submittals, and site instructions to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate and document site meetings, ensuring minutes and action items are communicated and followed up
