Schedule : 70 hours bi-weekly; Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 45 PM (Nine-Day Fortnight)

This is specialized work in leading project initiatives for improvement of business workflows, procedures, and tools. The Business Process Improvement Specialist plays a pivotal role in streamlining development applications processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects based on data analyses; define project scope and requirements; establish metrics and track performance goals.
• Consult with various departments to assess business needs and analyze current work and system processes performed by staff.
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in workflows; review data on processing times and resource utilization; design and recommend solutions to enhance speed and accuracy of processing workflows related to organizational structures, system implementations, policies and procedures.
• Develop frameworks to monitor and evaluate performance and results; gather and incorporate feedback for continuous improvements; monitor and evaluate impact of implemented changes.
• Prepare and conduct presentations to demonstrate value propositions; facilitate decision‑making workshops; lead, consult and participate in cross‑functional teams to deliver current and future state process mapping and other business process reviews; develop recommendations for improvements.
• Prepare and maintain a variety of documents, files, and reports related to the work; perform related work as required.

Qualifications

This is a temporary full time position until December 31, 2026.
