We're looking for a SharePoint specialist to join our team for a 6-month contract and jump right into providing technical support to a range of on-the-go internal projects.
Open to new grads with SharePoint and communications experience. This is not an IT position.
What You'll Do :
- Page authoring : create, edit, and manage SharePoint pages, ensuring content is presented clearly and effectively.
- Document management : manage document libraries, including organizing files with detailed metadata, working with views, versions, and check in / out practices.
- List management : create and manage SharePoint lists, including setting up columns, views, and workflows.
- Search : make recommendations for search bookmarks based on usage and trends.
- Troubleshooting : quickly diagnose and resolve minor technical issues.
Skills We're Looking For :
- Experience working with SharePoint and a strong understanding of the range of SharePoint features and their applications.
- Experience with Power BI is considered an asset.
- Thorough attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Leverage strong UX / UI principles with a touch of creative flair.
- Easily adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently under deadlines.
