Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for leadership? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to join a growing team in the north end of Guelph!
You’ll be actively involved in product assembly, managing workflow, and swiftly resolving any issues to keep the production line moving smoothly.
Leading and training team members will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will conducting quality checks to maintain high standards.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as you'll need to keep your team informed and address challenges creatively.
A background in factory work is beneficial, though no specific product knowledge is required.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide team members during the assembly process
- Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules
- Provide support and direction to team members, maintaining a productive and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Previous product knowledge is not required, but a background in factory work is an asset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and systems
- Must be able to work 40 hours / week and overtime as needed
- Must have reliable transportation to the North end of Guelph
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
