Tacten is seeking an experienced IRATA Level 3 Mechanical General Foreman to support our client site, CNRL Albian, in Fort McMurray, AB. In this critical role, you will be a key member of our team responsible for executing high-altitude tasks with precision, efficiency, and safety. Leveraging your advanced skills and expertise in rope access techniques and mechanical expertise, you will oversee complex operations, ensure compliance with industry standards, and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Position Information

• Start Date : May 27, 2025
• 14 / 14 rotation, 80 hrs / week
• FIFO provided to all major local city hubs
• Supervise day-to-day operations of Technicians, Industrial Trades, Inspectors, and Engineers
• Ensure compliance with IRATA standards, safety procedures, and project specifications
• Respond daily to client inquiries
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, training, and skills development to technicians
• Review and approve timesheets and risk assessments, correct deficiencies, and give feedback
• Assist in investigations of safety incidents and non-conformances
• Participate in safety and quality audits
• If required, provide services where no other persons are available
