What Youll Do

This isnt your average job. Youll be part of a team that keeps remote sites running smoothly. Whether youre preparing meals maintaining facilities or supporting daily operations your work makes a real impact. Youll help create a safe comfortable and energizing environment for workers living far from home.

As a 2nd Cook you will :

• Prepare pre-cook and / or cook food products as directed.
• Prepare mise en place (setting in place of foods garnishes sauces dishes cutlery etc) and other products as required for high volume production.
• Clean kitchen equipment after use according to health and safety policies and procedures.
• Label date store and rotate food and beverage products in appropriate storage areas.
• Communicate effectively with all appropriate operational departments.
• Reports needed maintenance faulty equipment or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned or directed.

The position involves a remote work lifestyle in a camp setting with the following amenities :

Qualifications : What You Bring

A sense of adventure and readiness to live and work in a remote setting

Ability to commit to a 21 days on / 7 days off rotation

Lift carry push or pull up to 50 lbs

A team-first attitude and strong communication skills

Physical ability to meet job demands (e.g. lifting standing for long periods)

Commitment to safety respect and inclusion
