Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - relocate to Port Hardy, BC

Island Health is hiring a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Eagle Ridge Manor (Long-Term Care home) on Vancouver Island, BC. The ideal candidate will provide essential nursing care, perform assessments and perform nursing procedures.

This position is eligible for up to a

• 20,000 signing bonus

• What You Will Need To Apply
• Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant.
• Perinatal positions also require (a) completion of a perinatal education program plus breastfeeding course; or (b) 1 year of recent (within the last 2 years) acute perinatal experience. Perinatal positions also require Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within the past 2 years.
• MHSU positions also require completion of additional education as outlined by BCCNM for practice where Mental Health and / or Substance Use disorders are the primary diagnosis.
