Labourer
Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated Labourer to join our team at our Sherwood Park shop! As a labourer, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment, transporting materials, and performing various essential tasks to support our operations.
This temporary position will start on May 20, 2024, with a Monday to Thursday work schedule. If you're a hardworking individual with industrial work experience and physically capable of performing the role's duties, we encourage you to apply!
What would you be doing?
- Supporting the cleaning and maintaining equipment, machinery, and corresponding site areas.
- Transporting materials and equipment.
- Dig trenches and shovel snow, gravel, and other materials.
- Cleaning off machinery at shops and client sites.
- Other duties as assigned.
Does this sound like you?
- Experience working in an industrial facility.
- A valid CSTS-20 ticket is mandatory.
- Physically fit with the ability to work long workdays.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must have own transportation to site.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Physically capable of performing all necessary duties of the job, including but not limited to heavy pulling, pushing and lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, shoveling, bending, twisting, etc.
