Job Description

As a licensed Insurance Broker, you’ll play a critical role in helping members navigate their automobile and property policies with confidence. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Service, you'll provide expert guidance, assess risk, and ensure every interaction is smooth, efficient, and positive.

Responsibilities

• Answer coverage inquiries, process policy changes, and ensure our members receive personalized, professional service every step of the way.
• Handle concerns with care and professionalism – assessing issues, identifying solutions, and delivering resolutions that leave a lasting positive impression.
• Build trust and connections by providing valuable insights into our insurance products and services, helping members make informed coverage decisions while identifying opportunities for growth.
• Apply underwriting standards, assess risk, and ensure policies align with binding requirements while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
• Process rewrites, maintain accurate records, and ensure all insurance transactions are efficiently documented and up to date.
• Collaborate with management, flag key issues, and stay ahead of industry developments in a supportive, learning-focused environment.
