IT Manager, Identity & Access Management

The Opportunity :

This role requires a motivated self-starter, someone who has strong technical and problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of IAM principles, strong communication skills, and foundational knowledge of industry-specific regulations, standards, and frameworks. You are passionate about security and identity management.

Maple Leaf Foods features a Flexible Hybrid working model, working out of our Mississauga office.

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life :

• Act as an SME on IAM and PAM platforms in order to facilitate an IAM transformation at Maple Leaf.
• Work with cross functional groups to define identity based requirements and solutions for all IT and business implementations
• Be the technical leader, driving IAM practices and principles for the organization and ensuring the migration from SAP IDM to a modern identity platform (ex : SailPoint).
• Coordinate with a third-party vendor in the delivery of the migration, verifying the implementation is being completed in accordance with the requirements and regulations of the organization.
• Handle the management of Active Directory from a role design / access management perspective.
• Manage a small team of dedicated IAM professionals.
• Prepare IAM activity reports and collaborate with compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Supervise teams, including developing individuals and performance management
