Do you love the thrill of finding the perfect vehicle—but wish you could do it without spending your own money? Now’s your chance. We’re looking for a Purchasing Specialist to help fuel our FFUN Motor Group.

In this role, you’ll be the connection point between everyday vehicle owners and our dealership—sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing inventory directly from the public or from other sources!

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Purchase from online auction platforms and local in-person auctions
• Use public listing sites to find cars that fit with our company needs.
• Create new local relationships to acquire inventory
• Establish and maintain contact with suppliers and maintain adequate stock levels.
• Conduct a valuation process to determine market value, negotiate prices and transportation arrangements with sellers / suppliers.
• Meet with sellers to negotiate final purchase price while providing excellent customer service.
• Work with accounting team for B2C payment.
• Ensure delivery and intended disposition.
• Assist with remarketing wholesale inventory - maintain accurate inventory counts, work with marketing to list units, assist in assessing vehicle value, maximizing return and time to market.
