This role focuses on generating and qualifying leads, starting conversations with potential clients, and supporting our sales pipeline through consistent outreach. We believe great salespeople are developed through coaching, practice, and the right attitude-so we're looking for someone who is curious, resilient, positive, and eager to learn.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outreach

• Conduct light market research to understand target accounts, buyer personas, and key industries
• Generate leads through outbound emails, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling
• Build, adapt, and personalize outreach messages and simple outbound campaigns
• Use multiple prospecting channels to engage potential clients and spark interest
• Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in our CRM
