Your new role As a 3rd Class Stationary Engineer, you will be responsible for the continuous operation and maintenance of the plant’s critical equipment. Operating on a Monday to Friday schedule with no overnight shifts, you will rotate between Day (7 a.m. – 3 p.m.) and Evening (3 p.m. – 12 a.m.) blocks. Your focus will be on overseeing boilers, refrigeration systems, and general plant utilities to ensure production never skips a beat. You will act as a technical lead on the floor, managing both routine inspections and emergency repairs to keep the facility running at peak performance.
What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you must hold a valid 3rd Class Operating Engineer certificate (TSSA). You possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a proven track record in a manufacturing or industrial environment—ideally within food production. You are a reliable professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and isfortable managing theplexities of high-pressure equipment. A safety-first mindset and the flexibility to work a rotating day / evening schedule are essential.
What you'll get in returnYou will receive apetitive base salary between $80,000 – $90,000, with the realistic potential to reach $100,000 through preferential weekend shifts.
