ERP Implementation Lead

We are looking for an ERP Implementation Lead who will lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation. This role is responsible for overseeing the overall delivery of the ERP program, ensuring alignment with business objectives, on‑time and on‑budget execution, and successful adoption across the organization. The ERP Implementation Lead serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, executive sponsors, implementation partners, and internal technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership

• Lead the full ERP implementation lifecycle, including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go‑live stabilization.
• Develop and maintain the ERP project roadmap, timeline, budget, and risk management plan.
• Ensure project governance, reporting, and escalation processes are in place and effective.
• Determine and maintain staffing and skills requirements.
