What can you expect :
As a member of the Customer Education team, the Knowledge and Content Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and other educational materials and media. You play a key role in supporting our teams and clients as they learn to use existing features and adopt new ones. You will collaborate closely with the Technical Writer, Product and Product Marketing to ensure that information is accurate, clear and concise. This 10-month contract is a maternity replacement. This position is a 10-month contract covering a maternity leave, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact during your tenure.
