What You’ll Do to Be Successful in This Role
Creative Asset & Imagery Project Management
Lead and manage end-to-end scheduling and coordination of marketing projects (Go-to-market and tentpole marketing projects).Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders locally and internationally to ensure milestone alignment.Foresee any roadblocks or issues and notify the team of resourcing issues, delivery status, and / or changes in the schedule.Develop strategic documents for client presentations, campaign / project plans, and program wrap and analysis reports.Publish and manage organization of marketing assets across to content libraries.Establishes strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.Status Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
Develop monthly reporting on project throughput and operational performanceMaintain project tracking documentation across all active initiativesEnsure compliance and accuracy of distributed marketing assetsTrack marketing project budgets and associated spendMaintain budget tracking documentation to support financial oversightRequirements
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.2 years of experience in a similar role within the marketing industry.Relevant certifications in project management or production is a plus.Experience with project management tools such as advanced capabilities in Excel and experience with Jira.Organization Skills with High Attention to Detail :Excellent communication skills both written and oral to ensure effective collaboration with vendors, internal teams, and clients.Proven experience in project management, with knowledge and / or understanding of creative and production.Highly confident using Google Suite Applications.Benefits

Compensation : $55,000 - $60,000 CAD annually
